Users are solely responsible for broker selection, account connection, risk settings, trading decisions, and compliance with local laws, broker rules, and platform policies.
4. Provider Performance
Past Provider performance does not guarantee future results. Drawdown, slippage, latency, broker conditions, liquidity, and account settings may cause different results between Provider and Follower accounts.
5. Restricted Jurisdictions
WXRLD is not available to residents of restricted jurisdictions. Access via VPN, proxy, or IP masking to bypass geographical restrictions is prohibited.
6. Technical Risk
- Connection delays may occur.
- Orders may not copy exactly.
- Partial closes may differ due to broker lot rules.
- Spreads, slippage, and execution speed may affect results.
- System maintenance or broker connection changes may interrupt service.
7. No Custody
WXRLD does not receive or hold user funds. All funds remain inside the user's selected broker account.
