• Provider application details (for providers): strategy info, track-record links, payout preferences.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/user-agent, timestamps, and basic logs for security and reliability.
• We do not collect your broker login password or investor password.

2. How We Use Information

• To create and manage provider/follower connections.
• To verify that a trading account exists under the supported broker/IB (via the broker's official Partner/IB API).
• To calculate IB/affiliate compensation reporting.
• To provide support, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Broker & Third-Party APIs

To verify accounts and compute IB compensation, we may send your trading account number to the official Partner/IB API of your selected broker (Exness, XM, HFM). We do not send your password. These brokers process data under their own privacy policies.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: (a) your selected broker's official API as needed for verification/compensation; (b) service providers that host or operate the platform; and (c) authorities where required by law.

5. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal/accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Security

• Databases and configuration files are protected from direct web access.
• Secrets (API keys, tokens) are stored in server configuration, not exposed publicly.
• No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

8. International Users & Restricted Jurisdictions

WXRLD is not available to residents of restricted jurisdictions. By using the platform you confirm you are permitted to do so under your local laws.
