Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WXRLD ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service, the Risk & Legal Notice, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Service

WXRLD provides software and infrastructure that allow a Follower to connect their own broker account and copy the trading activity of a Provider using the Follower's own trading software (Expert Advisor). WXRLD does not execute trades on your behalf, does not have access to your funds, and does not provide investment advice or portfolio management.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be of legal age and legally permitted to trade leveraged products in your jurisdiction.
• WXRLD is not available to residents of restricted jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring local compliance.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (broker, account number, contact details).

4. Providers & Followers

• Providers share their trading activity; Followers choose whether to copy it. Each party uses their own broker account.
• Provider statistics are informational only and are not a promise of future results.
• WXRLD does not guarantee that any Provider will be profitable, available, or continue operating.

5. Broker Relationship & IB Compensation

Trading is carried out through third-party brokers selected by the user. WXRLD may receive introducing-broker (IB) or affiliate compensation from brokers based on account activity. This does not increase the spreads or fees set by your broker beyond the broker's own published terms, and WXRLD does not take custody of any funds.

6. No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice, a personalized recommendation, solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. You make your own trading decisions and bear sole responsibility for them.

7. Risks

Leveraged trading can result in partial or total loss of capital. Copying may differ from the Provider due to latency, slippage, spreads, lot rounding, broker conditions, and account settings. See the Risk & Legal Notice.

8. Prohibited Use

• No use from restricted jurisdictions, and no use of VPN/proxy/IP masking to bypass geographic restrictions.
• No unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or market-manipulative activity.
• No attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform.

9. No Custody of Funds

WXRLD never receives or holds user funds. All funds remain in the user's own broker account at all times.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WXRLD is not liable for trading losses, broker actions, connectivity issues, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

11. Suspension & Termination

WXRLD may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms, legal/regulatory reasons, or operational needs. You may stop using the Platform at any time and disconnect copying from your own setup.

12. Changes to These Terms

WXRLD may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
